Release form 1

I have completed this pre production activity to gain better understanding of the process and to ensure that my actors consent to being in the film. I found a basic release form template and filled it in with my actor signing all the necessary parts with his signature. This will have a positive impact on my project as I now have proper consent to film it and know the pre production process better.
