One Mile Away Case Study	10/09/2022	I have completed this pre-production activity; I have done this to gain better insight into the pre-production process. I started by doing research on the pre-production process and wrote short paragraphs on a slideshow for each one. This will help me develop my short film because I will better understand the process and then I will be able to follow these steps to produce a professional level short film and the pre-production requirements will also be to a professional standard.

Action Plan	13/09/2022	This is a Plan of Action. This has been created to further my knowledge of the pre-production process so that I will fully understand how to act when I eventually make my short film as part of the y13 coursework. This will have a positive impact on my coursework as my better understanding of the Pre-Production process will allow me to create a short film at a professional standard.
Sources of Finance Comparison	14/09/2022	This is a table comparing various sources of finance for film makers, it shows the pros and cons of each source which will help to evaluate which is best. This has been done to help our understanding of the pre-production process and how films are financed. This will help me with my film production as I know how to properly finance a film of a student film standard.
2 Film Ideas	15/09/2022	I have created these so that I have an idea of what I should write for my script and so that I understand what I should do for my short film. I filled in a sheet with various ideas for my film and decided what kinds of techniques I would use to make my film unique and stand out. This will have a positive impact on my project as I now have a better understanding of what I want to do for my film and a solid idea of how I will make my film stand out.

Budget	17/09/2022	This is a budget outline for a film. This has been created so that I can better understand how small low-cost films are financed and how much money goes into the before and after the can processes. This will positively affect my work as I will have a better understanding of the Pre-Production process which will allow me to produce a professional standard film.
Storyboard	18/09/2022	I have produced this story board because I want my readers to understand what's going on during these events. It also helps me organize everything that has happened so far.  This is beneficial to the pre-production process because it allows me to create a narrative so that I'm ready to film the product when the time comes.
Shot List	19/09/2022	I have completed this pre-production activity so that I may gain a better understanding of the pre-production process and so that I am prepared for filming my short film. I found an example of a shot list online and followed the same basic layout, I then ordered my scenes in the spreadsheet in the narrative order (Shot No.) and filming order. This will help me have an organised plan when it comes to filming my scenes.

Location Recce	22/09/2022	I have completed this pre-production activity so that I know where I'm going to film and to gain a better understanding of the pre-production process. I have created a spreadsheet and filled in my locations, permissions, format of requests and permission granted sections so that I can see where I am going to film and if I have permission to film there or not. This will positively affect my project as I know where I'm going to film, and I have a better understanding of the pre-production process.

Risk Assessment	25/09/2022	I have completed this activity so that I can try and prevent and injuries on set and so that I gain better insight into the pre-production process. I made a spreadsheet and filled it in with all the risks that are involved with my film, I then listed whether property would be damaged and which actions have been and will be taken to ensure that these risks are avoided. This will have a positive impact on my project as I can now ensure that nobody is hurt on set and to better understand the pre-production process.
